Jun 9, 2014 — By WSU News Services — The Environmental Finance Center (EFC) at Wichita State University's Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs has been awarded a $200,000 grant to provide training and technical help from the Environmental Protection Agency. The grant will provide needed assistance to small water and wastewater systems across the nation with financial and management capacity development. Wichita State is one of 10
