May 2, 2014 — By WSU News Services — Wichita State classified employees have voted by 290 (64 percent) to 162 (36 percent) to move from classified positions to University Support Staff (USS). Seventy-three percent of the eligible classified employees voted. A proposal will be taken later this month to the Kansas Board of Regents for final approval.
