Mar 19, 2014 — By WSU News Services — Because of a valve stem break off the main 24-inch city of Wichita water line running across the east side of campus, that 24-inch line will have to be taken out of service to make repairs. The unplanned water shutdown is expected to disrupt water service to the entire campus for the remainder of the afternoon and into the evening. It is hoped that water service will resume on Thursday, March 20.
