Oct 28, 2016 — By WSU News Services — Parking lot 21 directly north of Marcus Welcome Center and Woodman Alumni Center will be closed effective Monday, Oct. 31. Temporary parking will be available in the new lot directly north of lot 21, which will only be accessible from the new drive off of 21st Street. A temporary sidewalk has been constructed along Mike Oatman Drive to access the buildings from the temporary lot.
