Feb 14, 2012 — By WSU News Services — Two Kansas high school students are winners of the 2012-2013 Professor Fran Jabara Scholarship in Entrepreneurship at Wichita State University. Joseph McNorton, a senior at Seaman High School in Topeka, and Brittan Smith, a senior at Salina Central High School, are the recipients.
