Reminders Reminders

* Faculty, staff and students are asked to please move their vehicles from the parking lot immediately surrounding Koch Arena three hours prior to all home men's basketball games. The complete men's basketball schedule can be found at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1895.

* Because of Hurricane Sandy and the resulting travel issues, "Rappelle-toi Prevert" has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the CAC Theater. Tickets are $5 in advance at 978-3180, or $7 at the door.

* Library Game Night will be held from 5-8 p.m. today (Friday, Nov. 2) in the lower level of Ablah Library. Game night is co-sponsored by Student Activities Council.

* WSU Shift Space Gallery will host a First Friday event featuring live music by Dirty Empire, The Phantom Caravan, and Deathblack Flowers, with video by Ian and Sara Stewart at 7 p.m. today (Friday, Nov. 2) at 800 E. Third Street in Old Town. Coffee, tea and refreshments will be provided with free admission.

* The women's basketball team will host Central Oklahoma at 2:05 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in Charles Koch Arena. Call 978-FANS (3267) for tickets.

* Letters of Intent are due to Kansas NSF ESPCor by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16. Please contact the Office of Research Administration at proposals@wichita.edu or 978-3285 if you would like to submit a Letter of Intent or would like additional information on this funding opportunity.

* A reminder that the deadline for Spring 2013 Dependent/Spouse Tuition Assistance is rapidly approaching. Application forms for dependent or spouse are available on the Human Resources website at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1897. Applications require the signature of the applicant, the employee and the employee's department head and may be delivered (fax or email copies are allowed) to Shelly Kellogg in Human Resources no later than Saturday, Dec. 1.
