Reminders

* Depression screenings will be offered from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 7) in the Heskett Center lobby. The WSU Counseling and Testing Center and KU School of Medicine Psychiatry Department are joining forces to offer the screenings free of charge to students, faculty and staff.

* The Fall Physics Seminar Series continues with a presentation "Magnetic Oxicd Semiconductors for Spintronic Applications" by professor Kartik Ghosch of Missouri State University, at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 7) in 128 Jabara Hall.

* Rong Li, an investigator for the Stowers Institute for Medical Research, will present a scientific lecture, "New insights into the role of actin dynamics during cell migration and cell division," at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 7) in 224 McKinley Hall.

* Faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to attend "Critical Thinking: What is it? How do I teach it?," from 12:30-1:20 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 7) or 12:30-1:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, in 210 Wallace Hall. Please note the new location and RSVP to ofdss@wichita.edu or 978-3209.
