Wichita State's award-winning Impulse Percussion Group will perform their fall concert "Scheherazade" at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, in Miller Concert Hall. Always on the musical cutting edge, the Impulse Percussion Group brings to the WSU campus a premiere performance of Rimsky-Korsakov's masterpiece "Scheherazade" arranged for percussion. Sharing the stage for this premiere will be the entire Wichita Symphony Orchestra percussion section. In addition, the WSU Steel Band will perform.
