The Office of Multicultural Affairs invites you to participate in the Empty Bowls Project, a social justice fundraiser to fight hunger on campus in the Wichita community, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, in the Heskett Center lobby. You're invited to select a personalized crafted ceramic bowl, have it filled with gourmet soup and bread, and listen to music while enjoying your lunch. A $10 donation goes toward establishing a food pantry on campus. Bring a canned food item and receive $2 off. Participants may take their bowls home as a reminder that there are always empty bowls in the world.
