* A holiday "fun-raiser" for student scholarships to the WSU Canta in Italia professional study abroad program for aspiring opera singers will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, on the WSU campus. Run or walk the 5K Canta Carol Run among the renowned sculpture collection, with carolers and Santa along the way. Long-sleeve CCR T-shirt, gift bag and healthy treats are included. * In continuing the WSU tradition established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology, it is again time to support the Holiday Card Scholarship fund. * Student Involvement is seeking volunteer staff and faculty who are interested in serving as student organization advisers as a resource, and connect students to campus resources and initiatives. * WSU now has a license for the Qualtrics Survey Tool, survey software that enables users without coding knowledge to develop, publish and collect responses to surveys. It is Web-based and free to use for all WSU faculty, staff and students to support teaching and research.
