Sawan Fellowship for Graduate Students announcement

Madhulika Srikanth will be introduced as the third recipient of the Maha "Maggie" Sawan Fellowship for Graduate Students at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at the Garvey International Center, 17th Street and Hillside. Srikanth is a doctoral student in mechanical engineering. This award was established by Edwin Sawan, professor emeritus in electrical engineering and computer science to honor the memory of his late wife, Maha "Maggie" Sawan. The award is made every semester to a different WSU graduate student for $6,400, divided between two consecutive semesters. All are welcome to attend.
