Employees who enrolled in Health Plan C for Plan Year 2013 will be receiving a "welcome letter" from US Bank (HSA Provider). For employees who provided an email address during open enrollment, this notice will arrive via email. If no email address was provided, the letter will be mailed to the employee's home address. It is important to follow the directions in this letter to open your HSA account so that deposits can be made in 2013.
