Wichita State helped ensure that United Way of the Plains 2013 donations will be invested for maximum community impact through the following volunteers who served on United Way's Allocation Review Panels -- Frankie Brown, Karen Harmon and Martha Lewis. Each volunteer served on one of 10 panesl that reviewed programs within the areas of education, income and health. Collectively, the allocations volunteers reviewed 89 programs at 39 agencies.
