Monday, Dec. 17, is the last day to submit ICD's (Invoice Control Documents) with invoices for direct payment requests to be processed prior to the holiday shutdown. ICDs received after that date will be processed in January 2013. Monday, Dec. 17, also is the last day to return departmental VISA procurement card log sheets with funding, receipts and approvals.
