Reminders

* Letters from Santa are available now through today (Friday, Dec. 14) at the Campus Post Office. Each letter will cost $1.25 each, postage included, and will be forwarded to Santa Claus, Ind., for a special postmark and then forwarded to the address on the envelope. * In continuing the WSU tradition established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology, it is again time to support the Holiday Card Scholarship fund.
To make a gift, go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1944. Print the giving form and return it to the Annual Fund, campus box 2. Names of contributors will be listed on the Holiday Greetings page of the WSU Foundation website.

* From 9:15-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec, 15, vehicular access to campus will be significantly restricted to safely accommodate the WSU College of Fine Arts 5k Canta Carol Run. During the race, there will limited access to parking lots adjacent to Cessna Stadium from the Yale Street entrance at 21st Street, and limited access to parking lots adjacent to Eck Stadium from the Mike Oatman Street entrance at 21st Street.

* Wichita State will hold its fall ceremony of the 115th commencement in Charles Koch Arena at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16.

* Monday, Dec. 17, is the last day to submit ICD's (Invoice Control Documents) with invoices for direct payment requests to be processed prior to the holiday shutdown. ICDs received after that date will be processed in January 2013. Monday, Dec. 17, also is the last day to return departmental VISA procurement card log sheets with funding, receipts and approvals.

* Letters of intent for Kansas NSF EPSCoR Phase VI First Awards are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17. For more information, contact proposals@wichita.edu.
