Internal audit charter policy revised

President Bardo has approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To update and improve the University internal audit function. In addition, the policy was moved to Section 1.05 from Section 20.09 to better reflect the policy's connection to "University Structure."
