Reminders

* Blackboard is receiving routine database maintenance until 10 a.m. today (Thursday, Dec. 20). It will be unavailable to students and instructors during this time.

* Attention supervisors of classified employees: The CEEDS system will be off-line during the holiday closedown. Classified annual performance reviews are due Friday, Dec. 21. If you have questions, contact Joan Antes at 978-6151 or Frankie Brown at 978-3540.

* In continuing the WSU tradition established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology, it is again time to support the Holiday Card Scholarship fund.
To make a gift, go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1944. Print the giving form and return it to the Annual Fund, campus box 2. Names of contributors will be listed on the Holiday Greetings page of the WSU Foundation website.
See them at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1945. Check the page often for names of new supporters.

* The men's basketball team will host Charleston Southern at 7 p.m. today (Thursday, Dec. 20) in Charles Koch Arena. For tickets, call 978-FANS (3267).

* Before you leave for the holiday break, check your desks and send all the deposit items to the WSU Foundation. All receipts/checks postmarked by Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, need to be received by the foundation no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4. These deposits must be accompanied by the post-marked envelope with a date of Dec. 31, 2012, or earlier. Otherwise, the donors' gifts will not be posted until calendar year 2013.

* The 2012-2013 Visitor Guide is available from the Office of Admissions. The free, full-color guides provide information on academics, campus life and student organizations. These are a great resource for potential students, faculty or other visitors to your department. For more information, or to arrange a pick-up, contact Debbie Neill at 978-5675 or debbie.neill@wichita.edu.

* Because of the Holiday closedown, Central Services will not deliver paper on Wednesday, Jan. 2. The next scheduled paper delivery in January is Wednesday, Jan. 9.
