Reminders
* Attention supervisors of classified employees: The CEEDS system will be off-line during the holiday closedown. Classified annual performance reviews are due today (Friday, Dec. 21). If you have questions, contact Joan Antes at 978-6151 or Frankie Brown at 978-3540.
* The WSU Foundation office will be closed Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 24 and 25, and only urgent requests for checks will be processed that week. For the week of Dec. 31, the office will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 1, so requisitions received by noon on Thursday, Jan. 3, will be processed on Friday, Jan. 4.
* Before you leave for the holiday break, check your desks and send all the deposit items to the WSU Foundation. All receipts/checks postmarked by Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, need to be received by the foundation no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4. These deposits must be accompanied by the post-marked envelope with a date of Dec. 31, 2012, or earlier. Otherwise, the donors' gifts will not be posted until calendar year 2013.
* Most Wichita State offices will be closed at some point for the holiday shutdown from Saturday, Dec. 22, through Tuesday, Jan. 1.

* In continuing the WSU tradition established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology, it is again time to support the Holiday Card Scholarship fund.
