Reminders
* Wage and Hour Training is highly beneficial for supervisors and timekeepers, but anyone is welcome to attend. The next class will meet from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10. To sign up, go to the faculty/staff tab in myWSU and select myTraining in the quick links box. If you have questions or need help, contact Randi Lindquist at 978-6683.
* Campus Recreation welcomes your comments through its website with the e-comment card. This is the best and most efficient way to share with our department your thoughts, concerns and suggestions.
Go to http://webs.wichita.edu/?u=CAMPUSRECREATION&p=/staff/comments/.
* Obtaining biometric values is the first step toward earning your HealthQuest reward for 2014.
Go to http://www.wichita.edu/thisis/wsunews/cnews/?cnid=10356 for more information.
* Remember to submit your campus events to the online calendar for Wichita State. Early entry is crucial to campus planners, campus media and statewide print and broadcast media, all of whom need to know the time, date, place and cost of any individual event.

* Caremark has made us aware of a problem with the production of the new prescription drug books and ID cards. Employees who did not make plan changes (or insurance vendor changes) will not be getting new ID cards -- only members who made changes during open enrollment will get new cards. ID cards can be printed at http://www.caremark.com. If you moved from Plan A or B to Plan C, you will need to re-register on http://www.caremark.com since it is technically a group change. Once you register and log in, select the "My Account" feature and select "Print My Prescription Benefit Card." contact Caremark customer service at 1 (800) 294-6324, if you need help printing an ID card.
* The next Service-Learning Exploration luncheon meeting is scheduled from noon-3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in 307-309 NIAR. Please RSVP to jeanne.patton@wichita.edu for this luncheon meeting.
