Caremark has made us aware of a problem with the production of the new prescription drug books and ID cards. Employees who did not make plan changes (or insurance vendor changes) will not be getting new ID cards -- only members who made changes during open enrollment will get new cards. ID cards can be printed at http://www.caremark.com. If you moved from Plan A, B to Plan C, you will need to re-register on http://www.caremark.com since it is technically a group change. Once you register and log in, you should select the "My Account" feature and select "Print My Prescription Benefit Card." Please contact Caremark customer service at 1 (800) 294-6324, if you need help printing an ID card.
