Thanks to more than 50 donors, the Holiday Card Scholarship fund received almost $2,000 this season. This WSU tradition was established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology. Pronko felt that money normally spent on cards and postage could help fund a scholarship for deserving students. This year, the fund provided four scholarships worth more than $1,000 each.
