* Remember to submit your campus events to the online calendar for Wichita State. Early entry is crucial to campus planners, campus media and statewide print and broadcast media, all of whom need to know the time, date, place and cost of any individual event.

* Students, faculty and staff are needed to help members of the WSU community complete free federal and state income tax returns. Free online training and certification for volunteers is provided by the IRS. Volunteers are needed from early February through April 15. If you are interested and could be available for at least three hours a week during this time, contact Tim Hagan at 978-3211 or timothy.hagan@wichita.edu.
* Nominations are sought for WSU's 2013 Senior Honor Men and Women awards. Up to five men and five women are chosen for this honor each year.

* Thanks to more than 50 donors, the Holiday Card Scholarship fund received almost $2,000 this season. This year, the fund provided four scholarships worth more than $1,000 each.

* New 2013 special order catalogs are available for pick up from the supply window at Central Services in the basement of Morrison Hall (room 010). Stop by and pick up catalogs for your department during normal business hours from 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
