The nominee must be a permanent, full-time classified employee of WSU or the affiliated corporations (ICAA, RSC, BOT, etc.). They must have completed their initial six-month probationary period. During the previous year the nominee must have exhibited exemplary service orientation, quality of work, proficiency in completing tasks, creativity, initiative, adaptability, dedication to WSU/department/co-workers, teamwork and cooperation, professional demeanor, positive attitude and good work ethics.
