The Student Government Association is accepting applications for the James J. Rhatigan Leadership Scholarship. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in the Office of Financial Aid, 203 Jardine Hall. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, illustrate leadership skills, be in financial need, demonstrate service to the university and community and complete the requirements for the application.
