* The Office of Undergraduate Admissions invites faculty, staff and their college-bound high school or transfer students to attend Future Shock Banquet from 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, April 8, in Marcus Welcome Center. This special event is for children of WSU employees and will feature information on student life, academic programs and unique resources available to Shocker students.

* The deadline to register for the 2013 Kansas Hunger Dialogue is today (Tuesday, Feb. 26).
This statewide initiative is Saturday, March 2, through Monday, March 4, at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center. Deborah Ballard-Reisch is the WSU representative on the planning committee.

* Career Services provides WSU faculty, staff and students the opportunity to donate to the Dress for Success Wichita organization, which promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. A donation box will be located at Career Services, 203 Grace Wilkie Hall now until 9 a.m. Monday, March 4. Your contributions will help Wichita women in need.
