U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has released a new version of the I-9 Employee Eligibility Verification Form. WSU will begin using this for all new hires effective Monday, March 18. If you use the lecturer-grad assistant (GTA) or student-grad (GA) spreadsheets for hiring students, graduates, work-study, graduate teaching assistants or lecturers, please download the updated spreadsheet from the OHR forms menu. Current employees do not need to complete a new I-9 form. If you have questions, call the Office of Human Resources at 978-3065.
