* Robert E. Weems Jr., Willard W. Garvey Distinguished Professor of Business History, will present the second lecture of his series on Anthony Overton at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in 209 Hubbard Hall. The lecture is titled "The merchant prince of his race: Anthony Overton's business conglomerate during the 1920s."

* The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders is offering an interdisciplinary opportunity focused on leadership and interprofessional team processes for early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders to students, colleagues, community partners and interested persons. In addition, CSD will honor WSU professor Rosalind (Ro) Scudder in the 2013 CSD Outstanding Alumni event Friday and Saturday, April 5-6.
