World-renowned Canadian pianist Jon Kimura Parker will give a dynamite recital at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in Wiedemann Hall. His program includes Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" and Parker's own solo piano transcription of Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring." Student tickets are free with student ID, thanks to the generosity of the Sam and Rie Bloomfield Foundation. Adult admission is $20 with discounts available for faculty, seniors and military.
