Benefits-eligible state employees who are enrolled in, or eligible for, the state employee health plan can receive a free biometric screening Monday, April 22; Thursday, April 25; and Friday, April 26, at the Heskett Center.
Log in to your wellness account at http://www.KansasHealthQuest.com to sign up and click on Biometric Screenings from the left menu; then select Onsite Screenings. Your biometric data will help you complete the Health Assessment, which is a required item in order to obtain or maintain your health insurance premium discount.
