Exposure competition Winners
The 31st Annual Exposure Photography Competition features four categories; black and white digital, color digital, film and digitally manipulated. This year's event is being held in the north dining area, first floor, RSC, until Friday, April 26. Ten student artists from various backgrounds are featured in the exhibit, with 30 different works on display. The overall collection is unique in design and features works printed on mediums other than paper. Winners of the annual competition were selected by photographers from the local Wichita community.
Winners in all categories are listed below. In addition, judges also identify a top piece that stands out among the others. The award for 'Best of Show' highlights a submission that has a strong composition, subject matter, print quality and overall professionalism.
Best of Show is awarded to

Black and White Digital
- Second place is awarded to Kelsey Gosset for 'Martini Glass'
- First place to Ryan Gould for 'The Other Side'
Color Digital
- Second place is awarded to Jessica Wasson for 'Acworth, GA'
- First place to Crystal Socha for 'Eye'
Film
- Second place to Trisha Coates for 'Kitchen Liminalities'
- First place to Crystal Socha for 'Horse Mane'
Digital Manipulation
- First place to Ryan Gould for 'Native'
