You may have noticed an extraordinary amount of visitors on campus during March and April. The Office of Admissions hosted several events throughout the past two months, each of which brought a diversity of people to campus to learn more about WSU. We extend a special thanks to our campus community who helped to host our many guests during this very busy time.

In March, admissions co-hosted the 11th annual Student Ambassador Society Leadership Conference with 100 high school juniors and seniors in attendance.

More than 160 returning adults, transfers and high school students attended Open House later that month. In April, Presidential Scholars Day -- rescheduled from a February snow day -- brought nearly 100 high-achieving high school juniors. Hundreds of students from various AVID programs throughout the state also enjoyed visits to Wichita State.
