This week's Shocker Shout Out is dedicated to Larry Spurgeon, Wendy Hanes and Kimberly Engber for attending Shocker Mingle in the Kansas City area recently. This event was an opportunity for high school juniors from the Overland Park, Lawrence and Topeka areas to learn more about WSU while interacting with several Wichita State alumni who reside in the area. Attendees enjoyed hearing from these distinguished faculty and administrators about student and faculty interaction, performing arts and honors. More than 70 people attended the event, and prospective students had an opportunity to take a picture with special guest, WuShock.
