Plan now to attend Convocation 2013 at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, in Charles Koch Arena. Lunch will follow. Nearly 3,500 students, faculty and staff attended last year's event. Convocation is the official fall event that focuses on celebrating the opening of the academic year and serves as a special welcome to our student body. Institutional pride and a sense of community are often built around existing traditions, and convocation has become a valued WSU tradition.
