The Regional Institute on Aging is pleased to announce the three recipients of the first "Cassat Pilot Research Program: Undergraduate Student Participation in Aging Research" competition awards. This competition focused not only on high quality science but also on high quality student research experiences. Those receiving the one-year $10,000 awards are Moriah Beck (Department of Chemistry), Anil Mahapatro (Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Bioengineering Program), and Rui Ni (Department of Psychology).
