Policy revised on safeguarding state property

President Bardo has approved the following revision to Chapter 13 in the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To clarify the duties of the University's property management officer pursuant to suggestions from the Kansas Department of Administration's Office of Management Analysis & Standards. These suggestions are reflected in new items 6 and 7 of the policy statement.
