President Bardo has approved the following revision to Chapter 13 of the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To reflect the fact that the University no longer provides emergency loans to students and therefore the reference to emergency loans in the policy is no longer required/appropriate. The Universityâ€™s Emergency Loan Program fell under the umbrella of the Federal Trade Commission's "Red Flags Rule" (flagging possible signs of identity theft) and had thus been covered by Section 13.15.
