* Student Activities Council wants to help advertise your event and recruit students. Fall 2013 Welcomefest "Shockers are Dino-Mite" takes place from Monday, Aug. 19, to Friday, Aug. 30. SAC will advertise your event or activity in the Times Events Calendar and in Welcomefest advertisements. Submit your event information by Monday, June 24, for all Welcomefest publicity.

* Several sections of LASI 170 Introduction to Library Research are offered for fall 2013. Some sections meet face-to-face in Ablah Library (seating is limited) at 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays, and several sections meets online. The first eight-week sections begin Aug. 19, and the second eight-week sections begin Oct. 10.
