* Nearly one year after ground was broken to begin the renovation and expansion of the Rhatigan Student Center, the project is mostly on schedule, with completion still scheduled for August 2014.

* Faculty, staff and administrators are invited to share best practice sessions/workshops in the annual Institute for Student Learning Assessment Nov. 12, at Kansas State University. The deadline for submitting a proposal is Sept. 15. The institute will focus on best of assessment for academic areas, student life units, program coordinators and university level issues.
