* The Ulrich Museum's free, outdoor summer music series, Art For Your Ears, kicks off the 2013 season with Chuck Pyle at 7 p.m. today (Thursday, June 6) on the McKnight Art Center plaza. Pyle, who has performed on Austin City Limits, writes songs about love lost and love found, forgetful cowboys, and heroic highway patrolmen.

* You're invited to the fourth award of the Maha "Maggie" Sawan Fellowship for Graduate Students at 9 a.m. Friday, June 7, in the reserve section, Leisure Reading Room, Ablah Library. The recipient is Vijay Sankar Venkitachalam, grad student in electrical engineering. This award was established by Edwin Sawan, professor emeritus in electrical engineering and computer science, to honor the memory of his late wife, Maha "Maggie" Sawan.
* On campus employers may post regular, work study and graduate student positions on Hire-a-Shocker, a free online job posting system sponsored by the Office of Career Services. In addition to on campus jobs, students will find degreed and nondegreed, full-time and part-time employment opportunities.

* A reminder that health plan premium discount points must be earned by July 31, 2013, for premium discounts in benefit year 2014. Another date has been made available on Friday, June 21, for the free health screening at WSU.

* Campus Recreation is seeking input from all faculty and staff in regards to participation and interest in intramurals now until Friday, June 14. The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete, and answers will be used directly in the possible implementation of a faculty/staff-specific intramural league.
