Faculty and staff who reach milestone years of service will be recognized in three ceremonies in September. Length of service is recognized in five-year increments. Employees who reach anniversary dates from Sept. 2, 2012 to Sept. 1, 2013 will be recognized.

Individuals with 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service to the state will be recognized in a ceremony at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, in the CAC Theater.

Benders of Twigs, individuals with 25 years of service to WSU, will be honored at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in Miller Concert Hall, Duerksen Fine Arts Center. The ceremonies on Sept. 12 and 20 are open to the WSU community.

Retirees and individuals with 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service will have an invitation-only recognition dinner and ceremony on Friday, Sept. 6.

Invitations to honorees will be mailed in late July. Honorees and guests must confirm attendance by the response deadline indicated on the invitation to Shelly Kellogg at campus box 15 or 978-6122.

Individuals with five years of service to the state will receive a certificate of appreciation distributed in late September.
