Convocation 2013 is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Charles Koch Arena. Volunteers are asked to help with the event. The time commitment will vary depending on your assignment(s). We are looking for volunteers to work from about 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Aug. 27.

Assignments include traffic/crowd control, monitoring lines, clean-up/tear down and other miscellaneous duties. Please note we are in need of help both inside and outside of the arena. Volunteers will receive their assignment(s) at the walk-through meeting (date and time to be determined) at Charles Koch Arena.
