The office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance reminds those placing catering orders with Sodexo to also submit a Sodexo Information Sheet prior to all catered events. This sheet is used in expediting the billing process and should be filled out for all events, regardless of the funding source. Completed forms are to be submitted to Administration and Finance via campus box 47 or by fax at 978-3151.
