On Monday, July 15, more than 60 participants from the TRIO Upward Bound Math Science program, grades 9 through 12, participated in the Annual Research Symposium and Science Fair at Wichita State. The symposium and the science fair represented several scientific disciplines, such as chemistry, physics, medicine and health. Recognition will be given to outstanding participants, and the top placing student scientists will receive awards at the Upward Bound Math Science Awards Banquet on Wednesday, July 17.
