* Are you planning to hire student workers this fall? Career Services is hosting an On-Campus Jobs Fair to give departments hiring student assistants an opportunity to meet applicants from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in 203 Grace Wilkie Hall. Space is limited so register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is today (Wednesday, July 24).

* Volunteers are needed to help with Convocation 2013 on Tuesday, Aug. 27, in Charles Koch Arena. The time commitment will vary depending on your assignment(s). * The office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance reminds those placing catering orders with Sodexo to also submit a Sodexo Information Sheet prior to all catered events. This sheet is used in expediting the billing process and should be filled out for all events, regardless of the funding source. Send completed forms to Administration and Finance via campus box 47 or by fax at 978-3151.

* The WSU Child Development Center is now enrolling children for its PreK room. Children need to be 5 before Aug. 31, 2014, and entering kindergarten in August 2014. Please call the Child Development Center at 978-3109 for detailed information.
* Student Involvement will host Back to School Bash, a kick-off event for the upcoming school year at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at Duerksen Amphitheater. Student Involvement invites departments to participate in this event by either working a game or creating a unique activity.
