After an internal search, Kerry Wilks has been named the new associate dean of the Graduate School, effective Aug. 5. She is an associate professor of Spanish in the Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures Department, and will continue teaching in the MCLL program. She will bring to her new position her experience as the graduate coordinator of the Spanish program and that of graduate student mentoring. Her primary responsibilities for the Graduate School will include student affairs, administering the graduate student awards program, and planning and implementing the GRASP Symposium and CGRS.
