Campus Recreation will open its new fitness program, Cycle Fit, to its Shocker Fitness Pass holders starting Monday, Aug. 19. Let the music push you through fun, multi-terrain rides. The instructor will guide you through various training drills for speed, strength, and endurance. Your hard work will create muscle tone and strength in your legs while improving your heart and lung function. Make sure to bring water and be ready to sweat. All fitness levels are welcome.
