* Get ready for Shocker volleyball. WSU will face seven teams in 2013 that participated in the 2012 NCAA Tournament. WSU will also host the 2013 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in Charles Koch Arena for the first time since 2008.

* Share in a celebration of memories by friends of Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, grandparents of President Barack Obama, and other stories of Butler County's history from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at Garfield Elementary School, 1053 Osage Street in Augusta.
