President Bardo has designated a fund to offer up to $1,000 for undergraduate students working on research projects mentored by faculty. Come learn how you can help your students successfully compete for these awards, why undergraduate research is important, and what you can do as a research mentor to make it most effective for students. The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success will present "Structuring Undergraduate Research Experiences to Maximize Learning" from 2:30-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, in 200 Lindquist Hall.
