WSU's Department of History invites you to its fall lecture at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in 209 Hubbard Hall. The lecture "Saving the Union: The Roles of Russian and American Diplomats During the American Civil War" will be presented by Norman E. Saul, professor emeritus of history and Russian and East European Studies at the University of Kansas. The lecture is free and open to the public.
