* Visit WSU's Evelyn Hendren Cassat Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic on free hearing screening days, Monday, Oct. 14, 21 and 28, at Hughes Metropolitan Complex, Entrance T. Appointments are available from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. Current WSU faculty/staff/students are eligible for a free full hearing evaluation throughout the year, and a 10 percent discount on hearing aids. * Online Open Enrollment for health insurance is now through Thursday, Oct. 31. Human Resources is hosting informational meetings regarding Open Enrollment at various times in 265 RSC. HR representatives will present information, answer questions and hear your feedback.

* The annual Michael Tilford Conference on Diversity and Multiculturalism will be held at Emporia State University Oct. 21-22. Named after WSU's own Michael Tilford, the conference provides an opportunity for faculty, staff and administrators of Kansas Board of Regents institutions across the state to share ideas and resources for building culturally competent campus communities.
